What is Physical Therapy?

Physical Therapy is a hands-on and natural treatment that helps maintain and restore optimum movement and functional ability for your body. It is a primary care health profession and is established on health science principles. Many of the physical problems you experience are caused by or manifest themselves through injury, disease, aging, or environmental factors. If you experience pain or discomfort from any normal body movement or function you may be suffering from some form of injury – possibly caused by one of the factors listed above.

To remain healthy and happy you need to maintain a pain-free body while also addressing your psychological, emotional, and social needs. Physical Therapy addresses these factors which play an important part in your overall well being therefore providing a holistic approach to your treatment. Physical Therapy is central to any treatment required to restore you to a pain-free life and to optimum health.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend. Garrett is an excellent physiotherapist. I have been guilty of leaving it until I'm experiencing pain in the past to make an appointment. Anytime I have attended my issues have been sorted. Garrett is very knowledgeable and explains the anatomy of the body and the cause of issues. He has a lovely manner and always a relaxed atmosphere when attending. I highly recommend+++++

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When it comes to being a master at his craft, Garrett is that! He has a pair of hands that will kneed out the tightest knot, ease the most stressed muscles and relax the stiffest of discs ! And he has a personality that you'd pay to be in the company of, a natural raconteur. A gentleman to his fingertips. And a phenomenal therapist that always goes above and beyond.
